Meet the Executive Officers of VNARP, the driving force behind our mission to empower Vietnamese real estate professionals nationwide.
Helen Duong is a retired real estate executive after 30+ years in commercial real estate working for one of the top REIT companies in the US. She worked as a financial analyst, asset manager, office and retail leasing agent, & corporate executive.
She organized the 2010 National Convention for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network and was the 2013 CREW President of the San Francisco Chapter. She was the 2018 President of the Board of Asian Commercial Professionals (ACP). She had charity services over 20 years with the Wheelchair Foundation, the Board of the Viet Heritage Society (2005-2010) and the Board of the Silicon Valley Red Cross (2006-2012).
Collectively, she has raised over $500,000 for these charitable organizations. She was on VNARP advisory board from 2019 - 2022 and National chair from 2023 to present. She is instrumental in expanding VNARP to Southern California, Houston, and Southeast region, Georgia and Florida.
Evan Huynh is the Founding President of the Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Professionals (VNARP) and a dedicated Broker Associate at KW Silicon City.
With a proven track record of success, he co-founded the TE Real Estate Group, which has earned recognition as one of the top 1% real estate teams in Santa Clara County, according to RealTrends reports.
Evan’s leadership and expertise have made a significant impact in the real estate industry, where he remains passionate about empowering communities and fostering innovation.
Tam Quach is a seasoned real estate broker and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. As the first Vietnamese American owner of a Keller Williams (KW) Realty franchise in the U.S., he has established KW offices in Santa Clara, Cupertino, and San Jose, California, growing his network to over 500 agents and brokers.
Previously, Tam owned Tuscany Realty Inc. and was part-owner of GD Commercial Real Estate. He is skilled at building successful companies and mentoring agents.
Tam co-founded the Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Professionals (VNARP), expanding its reach to Silicon Valley, Southern California, and Houston, with plans for further growth.
A dedicated community leader, he has served as a Director and Chairman at SCCAOR, leading Vietnam trade missions. Tam holds an Electrical Engineering degree from San Jose State University and is known for his commitment to excellence in the real estate industry.
Paige Nguyen
Paige Nguyen is a dedicated real estate professional known for her ability to connect people with their ideal homes and help clients achieve maximum value when selling. As the Past President of the Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Professionals (VNARP) Silicon Valley Chapter and the current CFO of the VNARP National Board, Paige has been a key driver of
innovation, collaboration, and positive change in the industry, while empowering her community to thrive.

Ann Trandai, CCIM, is the founder of Trandai Realty (www.TrandaiRealty.com) focusing on Commercial leasing, sale & investment in Chicago for over 20 years. She earned her BS & MS in Electrical Engineering at IIT. She received her CCIM pin in 2007, JWL leadership awardee in 2017 and served 5 years at National CCIM. She was the 2015 President of AREA in Chicago, a VP. of Vietnamese Association of IL for 4 years. She is the founding member of VNARP National and currently the Secretary of the National VNARP.
Her specialties are retail leasing (restaurant and nail salon) and investment in multi-family, strip center, warehouse and hotels investments in major cities in USA. Currently, she has RE licenses in IL, GA & CA and has done transactions over 15 states with Asian Americans. She has written over 30 recommendation letters for minority agents to receive CDPE scholarships for CCIM education.
